20 minutes daily walk:
Never miss walk in your daily life. Even you are so busy but try to walk daily. Best time for walking is the morning time. Daily walk burns fat and maintains the blood circulation in your body and keeps you healthy. 20 minutes is the minimum walk time, it’s better if you spend 30 minutes walking. It is the secret of long life.
Lie down on the floor with your hands behind your head and bent your legs up to 45 degrees. Now bring your right knee towards your chest with keeping your left leg straight and rotate your top towards right side so left elbow will go towards right knee. Repeat this with the other side. You should do this exercise for 1 minute thrice a day. It is very good for your tummy.
