To look smart with flat tummy is the dream of everybody, but maintaining the healthy life with flat tummy is not an easy task as compared to our life which is filled with fast foods and different drinks. There are some exercises and tips which can help you to maintain your healthy life which I will share with you today.

20 minutes daily walk:

Never miss walk in your daily life. Even you are so busy but try to walk daily. Best time for walking is the morning time. Daily walk burns fat and maintains the blood circulation in your body and keeps you healthy. 20 minutes is the minimum walk time, it’s better if you spend 30 minutes walking. It is the secret of long life.

Bicycle Crunches:

Lie down on the floor with your hands behind your head and bent your legs up to 45 degrees. Now bring your right knee towards your chest with keeping your left leg straight and rotate your top towards right side so left elbow will go towards right knee. Repeat this with the other side. You should do this exercise for 1 minute thrice a day. It is very good for your tummy.

Boat Style Exercise:

Sit on the floor with bent knees and straight feet at floor, Now extend your legs in air and make the right angle from your body. Extend your arms in air till your shoulder height. Keep your body in this position for some seconds or till five slow breaths and then change it to the comfortable position. Repeat this thrice a day it helps in maintaining the abs and flattens the belly.

Plank Exercise:

Lie on the floor with your face down and then lift your body on toes and forearms. Your elbows should bend at 90 degree. Straight your legs and body and hold for some seconds. Repeat this exercise thrice a day and increase your time day by day.
